We want you to be fully satisfied with your CRAFTD pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your jewelry in its original CRAFTD box and mailing pouch to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
